What We Collect

The Site's contact form opens a pre-filled email in your own email client when you submit it — the organization, name, email, and message you type are sent directly from your device to ours as a regular email. They are not transmitted to or stored on any CivicKode server or database through the Site itself.

Cookies & Tracking

The Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

How We Use Information

Any information you send us by email is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. We don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep business correspondence, including inquiry emails, for as long as reasonably needed for our records. You can ask us to delete correspondence that isn't needed for legal or accounting purposes.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
