Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of civickode.com (the “Site”), operated by Wonderful Innovations Inc. (“CivicKode,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site Is Informational
The Site describes CivicKode's services and lets visitors get in touch. It does not itself provide any paid service, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or acceptance of a contract. Any actual engagement for design, development, hosting, or maintenance services is governed by a separate, signed proposal or agreement between CivicKode and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
2. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, and code are owned by Wonderful Innovations Inc. unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to deliverables built for a client under a separate signed agreement, where ownership terms are set out in that agreement.
3. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderful Innovations Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
